The tools, today

Less guesswork.
More collection.

Explore the current beta tools, from your first entry to a whole room of collections. Features continue to improve through testing.

Free to organize. Expensive to collect.

Unlimited core inventory. No compulsory account or subscription. Optional extras are future plans.

In the beta

Inventory that remembers the details

Track comic issues, cards and sets, publications, coins and bullion, with notes, storage, grades and personal photographs.

In the beta

Groups without duplicate ownership

Organize holdings into more than one Custom Collection Group. Membership does not multiply quantities or valuations.

In the beta

Photos with a way back

Attach front/back images where supported. Crop, rotate and preview saved photographs, then restore the original when needed.

In the beta

Checklists and missing lists

Keep expected entries separate from physical copies. Declared set completion is distinct from verified owned cards.

In the beta

Purchases, quantities and sales

Record acquisition details, split quantities and review selling history. Historical costs and individual holdings have explicit safeguards.

In the beta

Sealed products

Sports Cards, Non-Sports Cards and Trading Card Games support sealed packs, boxes, decks and other products. Advertised contents do not become individually owned cards.

In the beta

Spreadsheet imports

Review mappings, warnings and approved rows before import. Save progress and return to remaining rows without repeating committed entries.

In the beta

Local backups and restoration

Make complete collection backups including retained photographs and history. Restoration replaces the chosen active collection after review.

In the beta

Interactive introductory guides

Optional walkthroughs highlight actual controls. Skip a guide, reopen it from Getting started and keep progress locally without an account.

In the beta

Manual local-network sync

Pair one Windows PC and Android phone, approve the device and tap Sync Now. Both apps must be open, with Windows receiving.

A few useful boundaries

Clear about what works.

Core cataloging is free with no item-count cap. Individual imports and files have safety limits. Android camera and device behavior continue to need real-device testing.

Saved import reviews can travel with an initial collection transfer; ordinary incremental sync does not continuously synchronize unfinished review drafts.

Automatic account sync, a universal Wishlist and opening sealed products are planned. They are not working beta features.
